Bridesmaid: Stephanie Yu

My old roommate from college! Apartment 4416 in Costa Verde--so many memories and to be honest I had a blast with all the girls I lived with--and I am sure Stephanie would attest to the same. Stephanie and I had your usually apartment "ups and downs", but ultimately what did not break our friendship only strengthened it. I shared with her my testimony in full before I had ever shared it to anyone else. I don't know what compelled me, but sophomore year (before we lived together), I came to her apartment crying--and while I do not remember the details of the incident--Stephanie reminded me that we baked a cake and decorated it with mentos candies. As cliche as it may sound, from living together, graduating college, moving out of our apartment, our physical distance has grown greater but our friendship has only grown closer. Every time we talk, we pick up right were we left off. I am so thankful for a friendship where I can do this so easily.
